Steven offers personalised, confidential consultations to tailor opportunities in this niche market, utilising his deep understanding of the legal landscape and robust network, spanning UK-based and international law firms.
His current roles include Managing Director of a prominent boutique London consultancy and 20 years of legal practice, including a significant tenure at City of London firm Macfarlanes.
David brings an extensive legal background to his additional role as a Founder and Director at AI Legal Recruitment, the recruitment company that focuses on lawyers specialising in Generative AI and AI in Law.
Before 2005, David’s career in international capital markets spanned significant positions at Linklaters and as a partner at Allen & Overy in London, where he dealt with major ECM transactions including the first global depositary receipt issue and the pioneering first private bond issue by a Russian entity post-war.
Post-2005, David established his law firm, David Doble Law, primarily serving institutional investors and handling complex finance deals, transaction restructuring, and litigation arising from financial crises. His firm has become a key resource for European institutions seeking litigation and regulatory compliance guidance.
In his new role, David leverages this deep legal and financial expertise to match top-tier legal talent in AI technologies with leading law firms and tech companies, focusing on innovation, compliance, and risk management.
